How are we able to keep our molding prices so low? I was at a delivery the other day and the homeowner told me that he didn’t think the pricing was real because our baseboard prices were so low. It is real! There are several reasons why we are able to keep our baseboard, crown molding, window/door casing prices so low. 1st of all we have extremely low overhead, our building is located in inland empire which has lower lease rates than buildings near the coast or big box stores. 2nd, We buy large quantities of moldings, which gives us better pricing from the molding manufactures and distributors. 3rd, We are a family owned business husband and wife team so we do not have to hire employees at this point.
