Return Policy

Must have receipt to return within 30 days of purchase, must return in store @ 24335 Prielipp Rd. #125 Wildomar Ca 92595 during normal business hours. Special orders will have a 25% restock fee. The price of painting is non-refundable as it can not be resold as is, it will have to be repainted or changed to a different color, etc… Slab doors are refundable with a 25% restocking fee, pre-hung doors and pre-fit doors are non-refundable. If you purchase by mistake to a area that is not in our delivery area, you will be refunded 97%, We will keep 3% for the credit card processing fee.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Shipping of samples is included in price. Shipping and Delivery is only made to the following counties, Riverside, San Diego, Orange Counties, San Bernardino. If you purchase by mistake to a area that is not in our delivery area, you will be refunded 97%, We will keep 3% for the credit card processing fee. Delivery is free for purchases over $1000 starting 06/01/2023*,  Once purchased, samples will ship within 3 business days.  Molding Deliveries will be scheduled. deliveries. We typically deliver:

  • Monday: San Diego- Southern Riverside
  • Tuesday: Orange County – Los Angeles* – Riverside*- San Bernardino*
  • Wednesday:  San Diego- Southern Riverside
  • Thursday: Orange County – Los Angeles* – Riverside*- San Bernardino*
  • Friday: San Diego- Southern Riverside

If you need your material sooner than 2-3 business days or if you need a specific date or time please add next day delivery or 1-2 day delivery to your cart during checkout.  LA County delivery $199, Palm Springs area delivery $125 and do not apply to our free delivery.

Rain may cause delays to delivery schedule, Pre-hung doors can not be delivered in rain, we do not have a box truck, all of our delivery trucks are open.

* Some  areas of Riverside/San Bernardino are not available for free shipping as well as all of Los Angeles and Plam Springs area.
